When making a reservation you are agreeing to these terms and conditions as set out below.

All bookings are made on a first come first serve basis.
Deposit, Cancellation and Insurance -
Please pay 25% deposit within 7 days of your reservation for stays of one week or more, balance to be paid one month before arrival. For shorter stays and last minute bookings please pay the full amount.
Payments can be made with debit or credit card over the phone or by BACS transfer. Please call for bank details and for your security please do not send card details by email.
Should you need to cancel please contact us immediately: For cancellations made prior to 4 weeks of your arrival the deposit will be retained unless we are able to resell those dates. We strongly reccommend taking out travel insurance to cover any unforseen cancellations.
Check In - The cottage will be available from 6p.m. on the day of arrival, please contact us with a rough ETA so we can handover the keys to you.
Check Out - Please vacate the cottage by 9.a.m on day of departure unless prior arrangements have been made.
Damages- Please look after our cottage you are responsible and liable for any breakages or damages you cause to the cottage and its contents.
Non Availability - We will only cancel your booking if the cottage wasn't habitable due to circumstances beyond our control i.e. flood/fire etc. In this instance all monies paid by you would be refunded. Our liability would not extend beyond this refund.
Dogs- by prior arrangement only at a charge of £25 per week. Please bring your Dog's sleeping and eating requirements with you. Dogs are not allowed upstairs in the cottage nor should they be left unattended at any time.
No Smoking - any where in Holt Cottage
